fluxzenith provides professional trade finance services including but not limited to letters of credit, trade financing, legal advisory services, risk management, and compliance monitoring. Our services are designed for businesses engaged in international trade within the European Union and globally.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable Irish and European Union laws and regulations governing financial services and international trade.
User Obligations
Users of fluxzenith services agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and access information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use services only for legitimate business purposes
- Promptly notify fluxzenith of any unauthorised use of services
- Pay all fees and charges as agreed

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for their intended business purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Force Majeure

Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. fluxzenith reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to services if:

- We reasonably believe continued service would violate applicable laws
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are as agreed in individual service contracts or as published on our website. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
fluxzenith reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of new fees.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
