fluxzenith provides professional trade finance services including but not limited to letters of credit, trade financing, legal advisory services, risk management, and compliance monitoring. Our services are designed for businesses engaged in international trade within the European Union and globally.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable Irish and European Union laws and regulations governing financial services and international trade.

User Obligations

Users of fluxzenith services agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and access information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use services only for legitimate business purposes
  • Promptly notify fluxzenith of any unauthorised use of services
  • Pay all fees and charges as agreed

Users must not use our services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the fluxzenith website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, are owned by fluxzenith Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for their intended business purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Force Majeure

fluxzenith shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, or technical failures.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

For users located in other EU member states, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. fluxzenith reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to services if:

  • You breach any provision of these terms
  • Your account becomes subject to legal or regulatory action
  • We reasonably believe continued service would violate applicable laws
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.

Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed in individual service contracts or as published on our website. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

fluxzenith reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of new fees.

As a provider of trade finance services, fluxzenith operates under various regulatory requirements. Clients must cooperate with all compliance procedures, including know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and regulatory reporting obligations.

Amendments

fluxzenith reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or website notice. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
